MIRI: The Everly Group, a hotel service provider enters an agreement with Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) on Friday to further strengthen its corporate philosophy to refresh social and business exchanges to cater and keep up with their customers’ needs for better internet connectivity and entertainment.
Everly Group’s Managing Director Dennis Tan who signed the Hospitality Entertainment Solution with TM said the objective of the collaboration is to provide hotel guests with enhanced and faster internet access besides higher quality in–house television entertainment.
“At Everly and Prescott, we are placing a great emphasis on how our team connects with fellow travellers be it for business or leisure”.
“This is our efforts and determination to take the stuffiness or staleness out of hospitality and to inject it with a refreshing and natural style of service while at the same time, delivering authentic experiences that appeal to a growing sense of taste and finesse”.
“Our hotel team also intends to satisfy our guests by crafting stimulating, exciting and rewarding adventures that will leave them feeling a greater sense of enrichment and fulfilment” commented Tan in his speech.
In today’s Internet age, Tan said the hospitality industry needs to ensure that guests are not only comfortable but also well connected.
“Modern travellers are looking to escape into a world of comfort while staying constantly connected to loved ones, friends and business associates”.
“Thus good, fast and efficient internet accessibility has become even more important for travellers in this era of fast pace technology” added Tan.
Tan said he is confident that Everly’s collaboration with TM will meet needs and expectations of their current genre of guests who value human connectivity and diversity in entertainment.
“Having high speed connectivity and good entertainment promotes our role as a social hub in which people hang out, celebrate, dine and stay” Tan mentioned.
